1 Vincent Konrad Knox appeals from a judgment entered after a jury found him guilty of election fraud as a party to a crime, misconduct in public office, and perjury, contrary to WIS. STAT. 12.13(1)(b), 939.05, 946.12(2) and 946.31(1)(c) (2003-04). Knox claims that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion in admitting other-acts evidence. Because the trial court did not erroneously exercise its discretion in admitting the other-acts evidence, we affirm.
